The Effects of Lack of Sleep

Ideally, humans are supposed to spend about 1/3 of our day sleeping. While some of us may wish we could forgo sleep in the pursuit of other activities, sleep is as vital to our survival as eating, breathing, or exercise. “But why?” Well, that’s going to take some explaining.
